Elite Fish/Stroke Clinic
6 YEARS AND UP
ELITE FISH
Prerequisite: Must have completed level six.
In this class we will train swimmers for competition swimming. We will break down and refine all four strokes – Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly – as well as competitive starts, turns, and finishes all while building endurance. Complete with a swim challenge at the end of the session.
BUTTERFLY CLINIC
Need to Have a Strong Foundation of Fundamentals.
For 2022, the theme for this stroke clinic is “most common mistakes!” Each student will be challenged to not only learn proper technique but apply these skills and take their stroke to the next level. For butterfly, we seek to correct five aspects of the stroke varying from head position to rhythm. Our goal is to turn a good swimmer into a great and critical swimmer through this strategic clinic. Please come join us in this focused, hour-long class designed to improve your butterfly!
BACKSTROKE CLINIC
Need to Have a Strong Foundation of Fundamentals.
For 2022, the theme for this stroke clinic is “most common mistakes!” Each student will be challenged to not only learn proper technique but apply these skills and take their stroke to the next level. For backstroke, we seek to correct four aspects of the stroke varying from kicking to proper rotation. Our goal is to turn a good swimmer into a great and critical swimmer through this strategic clinic. Please come join us in this focused, hour-long class designed to improve your backstroke!
BREASTSTROKE CLINIC
Need to Have a Strong Foundation of Fundamentals.
For 2022, the theme for this stroke clinic is “most common mistakes!” Each student will be challenged to not only learn proper technique but apply these skills and take their stroke to the next level. For breaststroke, we seek to correct four aspects of the stroke varying from timing to stroke amplitude. Our goal is to turn a good swimmer into a great and critical swimmer through this strategic clinic. Please come join us in this focused, hour-long class designed to improve your breaststroke!
FREESTYLE CLINIC
Need to Have a Strong Foundation of Fundamentals.
For 2022, the theme for this stroke clinic is “most common mistakes!” Each student will be challenged to not only learn proper technique but apply these skills and take their stroke to the next level. For freestyle, we seek to correct five aspects of the stroke varying from head position to proper arm coordination. Our goal is to turn a good swimmer into a great and critical swimmer through this strategic clinic. Please come join us in this focused, hour-long class designed to improve your freestyle!
ENDURANCE CLINIC
In addition to offering technical assistance for each stroke, we are offering an opportunity for any student above Level 4B to enhance both their endurance and speed through training and aerobic-styled exercise.
Each student will be pushed to not only use proper form but also apply the technique with speed. There will be an opportunity for each student to be timed as well! Please come join us in this focused, hour-long class designed to improve endurance and push your training as an aquatic athlete to the next level!
